Mesdames et messieurs, le spectacle va commencer.

The Restaurant de l’Hôtel de Ville à Crissier is a three star Michelin resturant with a long and illustrous history. The chef Benoit Violier and his successor Franck Giovannini have amazed everyone with a creative and unexpected cousine and bold choices, enchanting customers and critics like a magician and guiding their tastes through a culinary experience.

This collection, made in collaboration with the french Limoges porcelain brand Bernardaud, wants to talk about the art of entertaing, surprising and enchanting.

Each plate represents the skills that an exeptional entertainer, and chef, has to master: the teasing at the beginning of a show, the precision of an acrobat, the balance of a funambulist, the resilience of a contorsionist, the ability of a conductor and the charm of an illusionist.
