Nowadays luxury represents the research for powerful experiences rather then the desire to posses the actual object. We designed a picnic backpack inspired by travels, adventures and outdoor lifestyle.

Nowadays luxury represents the research for powerful experiences rather then the desire to posses the actual object. We designed a picnic backpack inspired by travels, adventures and outdoor lifestyle. It stands for the will to share unique moments and experiences. The use of skin color leather and rattan represents the freshness of first warm seasons of the year, where we forget the cold winter and we leave for new adventures.

The project was designed for the exhibition Arts & Crafts & Design: Time according to ECAL & Swiss Craftsmen presented by Vacheron Constantin, curated by Studio Formafantasma, that took place during the Milan Design Week 2015. The project was realized in collaboration with the Swiss saddler Patricia Rochat.
